Policy

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy 

Design with Fire and Fire River Art Glass have a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with  24 hours notice or less, you will be charged the full price of the class unless we are able to fill your spot. If you cancel within one week of the class, and we are unable to fill your spot, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. We make every effort to fill cancelled spaces.

This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot.
